A bagful of Easter goodies

Easter is here and there are lots of hidden eggs to be found and other seasonal stuff to do without going too far from Woodhall Spa. Here are a few ideas:

 

 

Sunday April 5th, 2pm – 4pm, £5.00 per child. The Petwood Hotel’s Easter egg trail includes a chocolate egg, a personalised letter from the Easter Bunny and the chance to name and win a chocolate animal. All children must be accompanied by an adult. The Easter Bonnet Competition is at 3pm. Advanced purchases only by Sunday 29th March. Bolingbroke castle: Dragon’s egg trail, March 30th 12 – 4pm. Cost: 50p. Call to check latest times or cancellations: 01529 461499

Come along to the castle of Bolingbroke where a dragon once reigned. Her wings were so wide that the sky turned black. The villagers thought they were under attack. She hid her eggs so they were safe and sound, but now they’re nowhere to be found!

This Easter the Trust has organised events for children at Gibraltar Point, Whisby Nature Park, Far Ings National Nature Reserve and the Saltfleetby -Theddlethorpe Dunes National Nature Reserve, from today until April 9th. Check the details here

If the answer is yes then come to Tattershall during the Easter Weekend. Explore the keep and grounds, spot the clues and be rewarded with a Cadbury’s chocolate Egg. Gunby Hall egg trail

On Sunday 5 and Monday 6 April we will take part in the Cadbury’s Easter Egg Trails. Normal admission charges apply and there is an additional £1 fee for the trail (the egg is quite big!) More information
