Easter at the National Centre for Craft and Design

Picture courtesy TripadvisorFor some time now I have been meaning to write in praise of the National Centre for Craft and Design in Sleaford, aka NCCD, formerly known as The Hub. I will get round to it in due course, but as I was researching things to do at Easter, I came across their current special exhibition, which runs until April 5th. Here’s their billing:

Sound Matters considers the connections between craft practice and sound art. Seven contemporary works have been selected to illustrate ways in which these two distinct practices collide. Exploring the physicality of sound, the works are characterised by both their sonic properties and materiality”
